Jacob is a certified and licensed Home Inspector with a background in building trades and a business major. Being born and raised in the Midwest, he is familiar with the various types of homes and systems found throughout the city and state.

Tom is the office manager. If you call to schedule an appointment, or need to get in touch with our inspectors, you will probably talk to him first. Tom, semi-retired and an Electrician at heart, was a successful small business owner for over 2 decades. With an extensive background in electrical engineering he brings unrivaled experience to our team.
